Return

You can return unworn products to us within 14 days of delivery of the goods.

Please note that we can only accept returns of unused items. The goods must not show any signs of wear

To start a return, visit our returns portal.

No printer required. You will receive a QR code for the return, which you can use to conveniently hand in the parcel at any DHL store.

The DHL return costs are €4.90 within Germany, which will be deducted from your refund.

For returns from Austria or Switzerland, you can choose your own shipping method or use our DHL labels at a cost of €9.90 (Austria) or €14.90 (Switzerland).

For all other countries, you can choose your own shipping method.

We will always refund goods returned within the specified period, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Once your return has arrived at our logistics center, it will usually be processed within 1-4 working days, but may take up to 10 working days in exceptional cases. If you have been waiting more than 10 days for your return to be credited, please contact us by email at info@danielmason.de.
